Summer Visit Programs

Student visit programs include information about Lyman Briggs College.

MSU Green and White Days

If you're considering applying to MSU, Green and White Days is the program for you! This visit experience allows you to customize your day and explore campus at your own pace. You’ll connect with campus resources, learn more about Spartan life, and visit areas of campus not typically included on a standard tour.

If you're interested in studying science science, be sure to find out about Lyman Briggs at our presentation held with the College of Natural Science at Anthony Hall, Room 1281, 10:45-11:45 a.m. each day. Or you can visit our information table in the courtyard from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The same presentation and information table sessions are offered on each of the following dates:

Lyman Briggs Virtual Tour

Holmes Hall Room Tour

Holmes Hall is the largest residence hall on campus, with 1,250 residents (~800-900 of them Briggsies). Housing features double rooms and suite-style bathrooms. Check out this virtual room tour from MSU's Residence Education and Housing Services for a sense of the layout.

East Neighborhood Info

East Neighborhood is located on the northeast side of campus near the intersection of Hagadorn and Shaw roads. The majority of first-year Spartans live in East Neighborhood. Nearby, you will find IM East Fitness Center the Wharton Center for Performing Arts and the Sanford Natural Area.

Individual Visits

For visit options outside of those listed above, please contact lbc.recruiting@msu.edu. We have select days and times available for students and families to come during the workweek for an individual tour hosted by a Briggs Ambassador. We encourage students to visit during our already scheduled Friday visits for the full experience. We are unable to tour the residential portion of Holmes Hall outside of Friday Visit Programs.
