Jennifer joined Michigan State University in 2016 as the Human Resources Administrator for the College of Arts and Letters (CAL), supporting the Department of Linguistics, Languages, and Cultures; the Department of Romance and Classical Studies; and Global Studies in the Arts and Humanities. While at CAL, she played a key role in developing an onboarding program for new faculty and staff and was a founding member of CAL Connect, an online resource for training and community engagement for support staff. 

As the Human Resources Administrator for Lyman Briggs College, Jennifer coordinates and manages all human resources functions for the college, overseeing faculty, staff, graduate assistant, and student employment processes, as well as payroll and compliance. She is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment and is actively involved in policy development and process improvement initiatives. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University and a Master of Public Administration from Northern Michigan University. Her professional interests include modern and classical bureaucratic theory, human resources management in the public sector, and behavioral approaches to public administration.
