Hi! I’m Jacki, and if you’re a future Briggsie, there’s a good chance we’ll get to know each other pretty well. I work with incoming students through admissions and recruitment—basically, I’m your go-to person for all things “starting your journey at Briggs.” I’ve been working in higher ed for nearly a decade, and I love helping students find their fit and feel at home here. I earned my bachelor’s from Albion College and completed my Master’s in Higher Education Student Affairs at Wilmington University. 

This role lets me combine the best parts of advising, cheering students on, and making real connections—and I genuinely love what I do. I also lead our Briggs Ambassador program, a group of incredible student tour guides and recruitment assistants who bring campus visits to life. Whether you're joining us for a tour, info session, or special event, there’s a good chance you’ll meet one of our Ambassadors—and maybe even want to become one! 

Outside of work, I’m always on the move! I love reading, golfing, watching reality competition shows, and hanging out with my husband and our two kids. You can usually find us at concerts, checking out new local spots, or getting overly competitive at trivia night. Basically, if it’s fun—I’m in. It’s such a joy to be part of a team that helps make Briggs feel like home from day one.
