AI in STEM Fields Student Project Showcase

Research Poster Gallery

Senior seminar students in Dr. Jackson's LB 492 class will share original research on how Transformer-based AI models are reshaping specific practices within STEM professions. Projects investigate STEM-related practices in contexts such as medicine and clinical care, research and development, and organizational management. Grounded in evidence from in-depth interviews, observations, and primary documents, each project offers a concrete, social scientific view of how AI is being integrated “on the ground.” The insights are timely and relevant—for students preparing to enter these fields and for faculty rethinking curriculum in response to AI-driven change.

We hope you didn't miss the Biology presentations December 1!
