Rudolph named LBC Assistant Dean of Student Success and Advising

Niki J. Rudolph, Ph.D. is joining Lyman Briggs College as its Assistant Dean of Student Success and Advising, starting July 1, 2021.

Niki J. RudolphRudolph received her doctorate in higher, adult and lifelong education with a dissertation on presidential leadership during organizational change in 2013 and her master’s in student affairs administration in 2001, both from Michigan State University. She joins LBC with extensive experience in the residential college living-learning environment, having served as the Director of Student and Academic Affairs for MSU’s Residential College in the Arts and Humanities for the last nine years. Prior to her time with RCAH, Niki was an academic advisor and then assistant director of advising for the College of Communication Arts and Sciences from 2001-2012.

Rudolph notes, “It was wonderful to learn more about the committed people in Briggs during my selection, and I am thrilled to be joining a fantastic Student Success and Advising team. I look forward to partnering with the Briggs students, faculty, staff, and advisors in continuing to foster an inclusive community of innovative leaders in science and beyond.”
