LBC Scholarship for Education Abroad: The David and Gretchen Cantor Education Abroad Scholarship

Apply now for LBC scholarships to help offset the cost of education abroad programs! 

If you are planning to study abroad soon, this winter break, spring break, or spring semester, apply now for the David and Gretchen Cantor Education Abroad Scholarship.

The Cantors believe that the importance of an experience studying abroad lies in being exposed to another culture and away of life, and is an excellent way to broaden students' world views.

Strong scholarship applicants are current Lyman Briggs College students who show a record of leadership, service, and community engagement.

Applications are due October 8, 2025

1. Go to scholarships.msu.edu.
2. Log in with your MSU credentials.
3. Complete the general application.
4. Select the "Opportunities" tab at the top of the page.
5. Search "Cantor" in the search bar.
6. Select the David & Gretchen Cantor Education Abroad Scholarship.
7. Complete application materials and submit by October 8.
