Over 100 Briggsies to present at university research forum

April 10, 2023 - Blythe White

For our students, one of the distinct benefits of studying at MSU is access to incredible research that goes on each day. One of the distinct benefits of studying at Lyman Briggs that our courses empower students to conduct inquiry-based research, following curiosity and advancing knowledge. Further, Lyman Briggs emphasizes the importance of clear scientific communication.

Each year, a primary venue for undergraduates to present research is UURAF (pronounced "you-raf")--the University Undergradate Research and Arts Forum, which takes place April 12-14 this year, in the Breslin Center and online.

Online presentations run asynchronously from April 12-14 using Forgager One, and guests must register if they wish to leave comments for presenters. Poster presentations and exhibits take place in the Breslin Center on April 14, in waves.

We are proud of the over 100 Briggsies who are taking part in online presentations, exhibits, and poster presentations throughout the course of the forum.

We created a simple brochure to help individuals, family members, friends, and faculty members, to find our Briggsies during this program.

Congrats, Briggsie presenters!
